Bees Clock

This Bees clock has bees flying though the air around it !

The materials are brass and copper, when the copper is heated it turns the red colour, and the writing is etched into the metal. The text is from 18th century writer Isaac Watts improving verse for children, “How doth the little busy bee improve each shining hour.”

It has a battery powered movement, and is about 14cm high. The main picture shows the freestanding version, where I solder feet on for it to stand. You can also order it as a wall-mounted clock,  (second picture), choose below which you’d like when ordering.
